Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests. Hot and cold water available. Hand washing station with liquid soap and paper towels in use. 200 ppm bleach sanitizer in use. Food and protected from contamination. Storage of equipment and food products is satisfactory. Self service stations are only used by staff. Cooler at 3.2C and below milk, cooler 2 is pop only at 4.3C. Ice cream station is at -18C and below. Scoop is washed and sanitized between use. Food and products are take out only. Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and safe food handling practices. Permit posted in visible location. Covid 19 safety measures in use and available for review.
