Follow up inspection to report DSOG-AV4QRN:

- The industrial can opener was in clean condition. The potato cutter was in use at the time of the inspection. Ensure to disassemble the cutter and wash and sanitize the plate separately.
- The soap dispenser was installed at the front handwashing station. Single use paper towels were available.
- Covering of the food items has increased. Please continue to cover all food items with proper lids or plastic wraps, especially the food items stored in the dry storage area.
- Raw meats (ie fish) were stored in the lower shelves of the wire rack below ready to eat vegetables.
- Keep the back door closed at all times to prevent entry of pests.
- General sanitation has improved, particularly in the dry storage room. Keep items min 6 inches (15cm) off the floors to be able to clean the floors properly.
- The display cooler at the front of the kitchen was measured at 4C. Ensure to keep the sliding doors closed at all times.
- Copies of FOODSAFE certificates available and posted on the wall. Keep copies of all FOODSAFE certificates on site for review by the health inspector.
