Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # DSOG-B8HVYB of Jan-17-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: 1) The glasswasher located in bar #1 dispensed 0ppm chlorine sanitizer. 2) The glasswasher located in bar #2 dispensed 0ppm chlorine sanitizer. Correction: Repair the glasswasher. Ensure that both glasswashers dispense min 50ppm chlorine sanitizer at min 24C at the plate's level. Rewash and resanitize ALL glassware prior to the inspection. Correct by: Tomorrow.

Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-B8HVYB: - Glasswasher #1 (close to the entrance to the kitchen) at bar #1 dispensed 100ppm chlorine sanitizer at 40C at the plate's level. - Glasswasher #2 (other room) at bar #2 dispensed 100ppm chlorine sanitizer at 40C at the plate's level. - Single use tin cans still being used for food storage. Discard these immediately and use food grade containers for storing food. This will be verified during the next follow up inspection. - Immediately begin daily temperature logs for all coolers, freezers, and hot holding units. - Thermometers must be available in all refrigeration units. - Store all dry foods inside pest proof containers with tight fitting lids.
