-Handwash station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating below required temperature of -18'C.
-Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
-Hot-holding unit not in use at this time. NOTE: Ensure the unit is operating at 60'C to hold hot potentially hazardous food.
-General food storage practice satisfactory. All raw meats stored in one designated spot in the walk-in cooler.
-200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket.
-3 compartment sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.
-Washroom handsinks satisfactory.
