Routine inspection:

Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
100ppm chlorine in clean bar towel bucket. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use. Used cloths are placed in diry bar towel bucket.
200ppm quats dispensed from the chemical dispensing station at the 3 compartment sink.
Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C.
Walk in freezer at -18 degrees C.
Hot holding at or above 60 degrees C.
Cold potentially hazardous foods stored in inserts adequately time stamped with discard times as per food safety plan.
Reach in freezer mounted on wall at -18 degrees C.
Freezer next to cooking line at or below -18 degrees C.
Soft serve ice cream machine requires repairs and is currently not in use. Reminder to clean and sanitize this equipment prior to use.
