Certificate of incorporation collected. Ice cream freezers require a thermometer inside. Paper towel dispenser with paper towels added to two compartment sinks. Please add a garbage bin here. Bleach sanitizer mixed in labelled spray bottle but it's too strong. Remember 1/2 tsp bleach to 1 litre water is adequate for 100ppm. Red bull fridge remains as 6.8C, no potentially hazardous food stored here. Cream and milk stored in sandwich cooler and will remain there. No further concerns. *Please remember to seek health approval and approval from other agencies before you add hot dog grill and donair machines to the premises. The premises remain as food store selling prepackaged food.
