- Temp of coolers and freezers are satisfactory

***High Temp dishwasher temp reaches 71 oC after several runs- repair it to reach the proper temp after one run
***Hot soup 60 oC - Donot turn off the stove

*** Discussed prevention of room temp storage of foods products: soup to be either hot >60 oC or cold <4 oC -
*** Discussed buying cooling stick/cooling wand to help with cooling procedure of soup and stock due to lack of Ice machine.

*** Discussed better cleaning for the kitchen ( floor and hard to reach areas)

** Blood sausage noted without proper labeling: supplier info: Sauce Man Enterprises Corp- 1120-950 Seaborne Ave Port Coquitlam- Dont use these products until is confirmed that it is approved ( provincially or federally)
