Routine inspection conducted:
- Handsink in food prep area and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers - domestic storage cooler, prep cooler, display cooler at front - are measured at less than 4C
- All freezers - two chest storage coolers, kimchi freezer, display freezer and domestic freezer- are measured at less than -18C
- Three compartment sink available for manual warewashing
- Sanitizer solution is available in spray bottle and concentration is measured at 100ppm chlorine residual
- FOODSAFE level 1 is verified
- No food prep taking place at the time of inspection
- NO evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
