Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
No paper towels in dispensers at two hand washing stations in front area (one beside swinging door entry, and the other across from it).
Corrective Action(s):
Refill paper towels dispensers for these two hand washing stations. Ensure that all hand washing stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water at ALL times.

Routine Inspection:
All hand washing stations except the two stations in the violation above (see violation code 401) were fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit)
Thermometers available for all cold holding units.
QUAT sanitizer at dispenser = 200 ppm.
QUAT sanitizer in all buckets = 200 ppm. Wiping cloth stored in buckets - good.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with >71 degrees Celsius at dish level after final rinse.
NOTE: sanitation inside of dishwasher observed to be satisfactory at the time of inspection but remember to frequently clean inside dishwasher as they can easily accumulate debris/biofilm on the propellers.
Ice machine clean.
All food items covered and protected from contamination.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
General sanitation satisfactory.
