Routine Inspection conducted today.
Renovations are occurring at the time of inspection where unit 112 originally connected to unit 109 was discontinued and that unit 108 and 109 are now conjoined.
No meat processing at the time of inspection due to renovations.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Stand-up coolers and display cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers and chest freezers measured at -18C or lower.
2-compartment sink available. Ensure drain plugs are available for manual ware washing. Educated staff that scoops must be washed and sanitized using the 2-compartment sink (i.e.: washed, rinse, sanitize, and air dry).
Bleach on-site.
All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor along the isles.
