Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station in the 2nd floor kitchen was obstructed by having items in the basin. Staff removed items from the hand washing sink.

Observation: Observed moderate level of filth build up at the 2nd floor kitchen - mainly behind the grill. On duty staff cited that they clean the floor at the end of the day.
