Observation: Sushi bar hand sink has saran wrap on the tap. Staff said that they placed it there so that the water does not splash on the floor.
Corrective Action(s): Either remove the saran wrap or replace the tap so that it is working properly.

Comments

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 71 C at the plate level.
Bleach solution was at 100 ppm.
Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
No evidence of pests.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
