-Temp of all coolers and freezer are satisfactory
-Dishwasher chlorine sanitizer is proper 100 ppm-

* Ensure to keep all raw meat, fish etc on lower shelves in pep coolers/vegi and cooked or partially cooked foods in upper shelves

* Staff washroom is not in use- clean , remove the toilet or lock it to not be used

Follow up inspection is Oct 18/2018 all the above to be fully addressed. The facility will close for dinner to get everything done
