Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Handle of metal scoop observed submerged in pop corn salt in front service area.
2. No lid on pop corn salt in front service area.
Corrective Action(s): Scoop was removed and lid placed on pop corn salt. Ensure that all scoops are stored outside food bins in a sanitary manner and lids remain on all (food's not in the process of cooling) to prevent cross contamination.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1. Gaskets of walk-in cooler and freezer observed with long-standing debris
2. Long standing butter debris observed spilled in cupboard on sales floor (located under far right butter dispenser)
3. Long standing food debris observed on the floor under far right cupboard by self-serve pop machines
4. Large amount of pop corn salt observed in bottom of cupboard in front service area
Corrective Action(s): To maintain the premises in sanitary condition and prevent the attraction of pests:
1. Regularly clean all gaskets in refrigeration units
2. Ensure to clean and remove any spilled food debris inside cupboards
3. Clean and remove food debris from the floor under cupboards

Observation: 1. Rubber gasket on walk-in cooler observed severally torn.
2. Cupboard door (under far right butter machine) on sales floor observed off the hinge.
Corrective Action(s): Repair/replace rubber gasket and cupboard door to maintain equipment to ensure all equipment is durable, easy to clean, and maintained in good working order.

- Hand sinks stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and paper towel
- All refrigeration units holding 4 C or below
- Freezers holding -18 C or colder
- Hot holding units at 60 C or higher
- No signs of pests
- Chemicals observed stored separately from food
- QUAT sanitizer in food preparation area at 200 ppm
- QUAT sanitizer hand mixed in three-compartment sink at 200 ppm
- Drink nozzles kept in sanitary condition
- Pop corn machines kept in good sanitary condition
- Covid-19 Safety Plan in place
- Daily staff health checks conducted
