Corrective Action(s): 1) Replace the damaged/mising tiles. Management is aware and has a work order in. 2) Ensure that the water at the handsinks isn't too hot to the touch. Adjust accordingly. On Follow-Up: As per technician, the rinse temperature gauge on the pan washer needs to be at 205 degF before the washer is run. Pan washer rinse temperature was 71 degC at plate level on follow-up. *report reviewed, not signed*
