Observation: (1) Because of Renovations paper towel holder in bar area has been repositioned. Secure paper towel holder so that it will not fall
(2) Cooler seals need replacement. Part has been ordered and should be installed nxt week.

Change of ownership - legally facility is changing from partnership to corporation. Actual ownership & responsible parties remains the same. Legal documents provided

Some renovations have occurred - Bar area has been modified from existing Structure:
- curved Reception area has been removed
- bar has added 2 door under counter freezer & 1 door stand up beverage cooler
- glasswasher, ice well, hand sink and 4door under counter cooler remain

***New floor plans reflecting modifications to bar area need to be submitted to FHA

*** Provide Copy of FOOSAFE Level one (or equivalent) certificate to FHA

NOTE:
Facility is using an attic space for storage. Area difficult to access & therefore was not inspected at time of inspection. Ensure area is kept clean and all dry food goods are stored in pest proof containers as neighbouring properties in building have active rodent infestations.

Comments:
- Dishwasher achieving final sanitizing rinse > and/or = 71deg C at the dish (77deg C observed)
- Glasswasher achieving final sanitizing rinse > and/or = 12.5 ppm iodine at the glass
- Sanitizing dispensing unit dispensing sanitizer at > and/or = 200 ppm QUAT
- Handsink adequately supplied
- Coolers < and/or 4 deg C
- Freezers < and/or = -18deg C
- Hot holdings > and/or = 60deg C
- no pest activity observed at time of inspection
