Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottles and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Preparation sink available.
Walk-in cooler measured at 4C. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Cooling systems on automatic alarm monitoring system.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Dry goods observed to be protected from contamination.

The following violations in report#JCHY-CGPSB6 have been corrected:
-Door ceiling of the walk-in freezer have been replaced with metal to ensure non-porous material and easily cleanable.
-QUATs and soap dispenser at the 3-compartment sink have been serviced.
-Portable deep fryer have been removed.

NOTE: Ensure valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification is readily available for inspector validation. Ensure wall junction is properly sealed at the dry storage area to prevent pest entry/harbourage.

Overall, facility is well organized.
