- All coolers are at 4C and below, except for undercounter cooler in the bar area
- All freezers are at -18C and below
- Two compartment sink available with dishwasher
- High temperature dishwasher final rinse measure 71C and greater
- Sanitizer in bucket measure 100ppm chlorine.
- QUAT Sanitizer in spray bottle measure 200ppm
- Dipper well is in use by the ice cream freezer
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE certificate
- No signs of pests
- Ventilation hood is well maintained
- Temperature log is kept for coolers. Please remember to check twice a day.
