**Bleach on site is lemon scent ie. not food grade. You may use this for the remainder of your time, but must rinse the dishes after you sanitize them

Bleach sanitizer solution was made at time of inspection - always have a sanitizer prepared and in use
Blenders must be fully washed, rinsed, and sanitized at least every 4 hours.
To clean an ice maker, turn off, drain, wash out with warm soapy water, rinse, spray down with sanitizer solution, air dry. Recommend discarding your first batch of ice to remove any sanitizer taste
