Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quat sanitizer concentration for wiping rags was mixed at too low a concentration. The correct ratio was determined at time of inspection. Residual tested at 200ppm
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the quat solution that the wiping rags are in is changed every 2 hours or as needed.
