Follow up inspection to report TCHN-BYTNLY and TCHN-BYYP2E Sanitizer concentration measured to be 400ppm Test strips now available for QUATS Hot holding unit holding products at 60C at time of inspection Peroxide spray bottle used only for high-contact surfaces; food contact surfaces still use QUATS sanitizer Heavily scored/stained cutting board removed from sandwich prep station; white cutting boards now available for staff to use. Will be replaced/repaired when heavily scored, stained or otherwise damaged Extra bottle labelled 'sanitizer' will have label removed, re-labelled and filled with glass cleaner
