Observation: Two live mice observed during inspection, several mouse droppings found throughout premise but no food or food contact surfaces found impacted. Spoke to owner on site, pest control coming in weekly.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Contact pest control company and have them do a detailed inspection of all potential entry points and have them provide recommendations for how to address the entry points found. Due: 1 week
2) Do a deep clean of premise, removing all droppings and sanitize all areas found. Due: Friday Feb 15, 2023

Observation: Several potential entry points for mice found within premise including (but not limited to): behind toilet where plumbing goes into wall, where copper plumbing near bathroom goes into the ceiling (three spots, also observed two mouse droppings up on piping), behind drawer next to bread slicer and behind safe.
Corrective Action(s): Strongly recommend installing a durable wall covering up to 3' in height in bathroom and in office to prevent mice chewing through wall.
Seal up all holes/entry points found with a durable material (such as sheet metal) to exclude pests. Due: 2 weeks.
Follow all recommendations noted by pest control.

√ Hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
√ Quats sanitizer available at 200ppm in a labelled spray bottle
√ Three compartment sink stocked with dish soap, sanitizer, hot and cold running water
√ Equipment appeared to be in good working order
√ Hose for large mixer has been replaced and no water observed pooling around this area
√ Thermometers present
√ No concerns with staff hygiene or food handling noted during inspection
