- Hand sink has liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. - Three compartment sink is maintained. 100 ppm chlorine is to be used as sanitizer. - Only Coffee beverages and baked goods from approved sources are provided. - Overall cleaning is good. - Operator is food safe trained.Ensure copy of certificates on stie - Ice machine is kept clean and ice scoop stored in a dedicated container. - All temps met health requirements - Temp logs were maintained however November is not on site or have not been recorded. - No sign of pest at this date
