Dishwasher at 75c (At plate level). Soap dispensed into wash cycle
Liquid soap and paper towels at hand sink
Miso soup hot holding at >60c
Quat sanitizer in wiping cloth containers tested at 200ppm.
**Ensure wiping cloths are kept fully submerged in the Quat sanitizer when not in use. Ensure Quat solution is changed every 2 hours or more frequently depending on the organic load introduced
