HAZARD RATING FOR YOUR FACILITY: Moderate (16-29) Total Score = 18
Critical Hazards: Total Number: 1
401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: 2 Violations Observed:
- Handsink in washroom lacking functional liquid soap dispenser - TEMPORARILY CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - squeeze bottle filled with liquid soap obtained. NOTE: this is only a temporary solution.
- Back two compartment sink does not enable staff to wash hands as valve for free flowing water from faucet attachment is stuck in hose position.
.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Obtain liquid soap dispenser for back sink
2) Repair faucet attachment on back two compartment sink to enable staff to turn valve to faucet position to enable handwashing.
NOTE: handwashing from "hose" is not an acceptable means of handwashing. Washroom and main hand sink are too far away and staff should not be washing hands at mopsink.
.
Violation Score: 15

Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 1
306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: A few rodent droppings observed in computer wires under cash area and in office.
.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all floor areas with 200ppm Chlorine solution. No evidence of rodent activity in food preparation areas, sink/laundry areas, box storage, washroom or back area. Continue to clean floors nightly. Be very diligent in nightly cleaning as infestation was a problem in the past. Facility is currently serviced by Pest Technician twice monthly. Facility may drop down to once per month after November as long as infestation has been eliminated (evidence today shows strong signs that infestation may be eliminated due to sealing of all holes at facility - EXCELLENT WORK!)
.
Violation Score: 3

Follow Up to "Critical" Violations Noted on Previous Inspections (if applicable): No corrections entered
