Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing station located by cooking area is missing liquid soap.
Corrective Action(s): Operator installed new liquid soap dispenser and liquid soap is available.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Employee observed to wash hands without using liquid soap during handwashing procedures.
Corrective Action(s): ALL EMPLOYEES MUST WASH HANDS USING PROPER HANDWASHING METHOD WHICH INCLUDES USING WARM WATER ,LIQUID SOAP AND DRYING HANDS WITH PAPER TOWELS.

Observation: Thorough cleaning and sanitized is required throughout kitchen facility.
Corrective Action(s): The following areas require detailed/thorough cleaning:
1. under hard to reach areas including behind the cooking area
2. inside all coolers and freezers and all shelves
3. dry storage area
This must be completed by next tuesday june 26th.

Observation: Coolers were missing thermometers.
Corrective Action(s): All coolers must be equipped with working thermometers.

Temperature log must be kept and recorded daily (twice a day for walkin cooler).
Temperature log to be recorded and effective immediately.

Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] (1. Walkin cooler found at 19.8c during time of inspection. All Potentially hazardous founds were discarded in garbage by operator. (List of all discarded food items created and provided to Environmental Health Officer during time of inspection.)
2. Under the counter cooler near cooking area (adjacent to dishwashing area) was found at 13c. All foods were discarded during time of inspection. )

The above noted critical violations have been corrected.
1. Walkin cooler is at 4c.
2. Under the counter cooler in cooking area is at 3c.

The following requires operators attention:
1. see above noted violations.
2. Ensure all areas requiring thorough cleaning are also organized. Remember to organize all shelves so that only food items that are required for food operation are being stored onsite.
