Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front food preparation area lacking Sanitizer solution. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Sanitizer solution refilled into spray bottle. Health Inspector required staff to sanitize all surfaces in food preparation area.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff are checking sanitizer solution, checking that spray bottles are filled and using throughout the day.

Ensure dead mice are disposed of.

Observation: Food and garbage found on floor under every piece of equipment and shelves at facility.

Large gap exists on bottom of door to storage room

Corrective Action(s): CLEAN FLOORS! Especially under hard to reach areas.
Storage room must have ALL ITEMS up off floor. Clean under shelves. Health inspector can not easily inspect storage room for holes if items are on floors.
Door skirt/sweep to be installed on door to eliminate gap

Health Inspector to return on Monday December 17 to discuss violations and sanitizing process for "f'real" products. Staff today could not provide clarification on cleaning and sanitizing procedures of "f'real" equipment.
