Corrective Action(s): All products must be stored at least 6 inches above ground to facilitate cleaning and for pest management. Violation Score: 3 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Floor and corner under prep table at the back kitchen oberved with debris still. Also a food container with sugar syrup observed with debris outside of container. Corrective Action(s): Clean the above mentioned areas. Violation Score: 3 307 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not of suitable design/material [s. 16; s. 19] Observation: Seran wrap on wall observed at the back used as barrier to prevent splatter onto wall. Corrective Action(s): Remove seran wrap as all surfaces must be easily cleaned and imperviuos to moisture. Violation Score: 3

Comments

The following items have been observed: -->Silver domestic cooler is now measured at 2.2oC. -->Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle is measured between 100-200ppm chlorine. -->Foods are all covered. -->Rodent droppings have been removed. -->Most areas required cleaning are now in sanitary condition. -->A new paper towel dispenser is installed at front handwashing station. Note: Operator will email pest control report to the undersigned for review.
