Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed bucket of yogurt, sauces, 3 carton of cream, chopped vegetables stored in the preparation cooler measured at 12.6C. Internal of the food measured between 12 to 16.7C.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the bucket of yogurt, sauces, 3 carton of cream as it was put in the preparation cooler for more than 2 hours. Transfer the chopped vegetable in a working cooler able to hold an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower.

Observation: Observed shelving unit stored in the back hallway and 2 shelving units stored outside. All shelving units oberved to contain kitchen equipment. Pictures taken. Observed staff retrieving lids stored on the shelving units outside to be used within premises.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the shelving units, kitchen equipment from the aforementioned areas. Outside storage require City of Surrey Approval and Health Approval prior to storing any kitchen equipment outside and in the back hallway. Corrected by: September 12, 2022.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine spray bottle and bucket at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 77C final rinse temperature.
Walk-in cooler measured at 4C. Food in the chest freezer observed to be frozen. Biryani rice and stew observed to be over open flame measured at 60C or higher. Internal temperature of sauces and biryani rice measured at 4C in the walk-in cooler.
Underneath the cookline and walk-in cooler observed to be satisfactory. No fish observed to be thawing under room temperature.
No kulfi observed to produced within the premises. Premises not permitted to produce kulfi as per previous compliance meeting.
