Observation: 1. Observed bare wood underneath countertops and behind 3 compartment sink
2. Observed several wooden Ice cream cone holders with slots for cones that are rough and unsealed
Corrective Action(s): 1. Paint/Seal all bare wood in facility - to be completed by July 4th, 2018
2. Smooth out holes, paints/seal. All ice cream cones removed at time of inspection. do not use until work is completed.

Observed a mini-donut frying unit without ventilation - to check with fire department

Discussed dishwashing procedures and provided signage - Ensure soap & bleach are not mixed. Use a 100ppm Cl solution to sanitize = 1 tbsp bleach for 4L water.

Sanitizer available in a labelled spray bottle - ensure it is prepared to 100ppm Cl = 1/2 tsp per 1 L wate
