Observation: Rodent droppings observed near pest traps under hand sink and under back prep table.
Corrective Action(s): Monitor with pest control company and clean, wash and sanitize these areas. Operator indicates the pest control company is currently monitoring for mice and has asked not to disturb the traps for now. Clean these areas after pest control complete their monitoring.
