Follow up conducted to routine inspection (report #258902). Findings: - Manager stated that there was clogging inside the pipeline and technician serviced the pipeline. - Handwash sink has been repaired. - Adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels recorded at each handwash sink. - 3 compartment dishwashing sink is operational and has supply of hot and cold running water. 3 drain plugs available to carry out manual dishwashing. - Chef onsite has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent (Nov 17, 2027) Please address the pending violations noted during routine inspection.
