Follow-up inspection conducted. Improvements were made in the following areas: All food products stored at least 6" off the floor - good General organization of food products has improved - raw items are kept separate from cooked and ready-to-eat products Bleach sanitizing pail available at ~100 ppm chlorine residual. Remember to swap every 4 hours - chlorine dissipates over time Food products are generally covered with food-grade lid or saran wrap when not in use - good Lid kept over the prep cooler when not in use - good Hand wash station is adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels Operator has replaced old light fixtures with new LED tubing Thank you for your co-operation.
