Comments

Van Fruit, an online food delivery service, is operating at this facility.
Management stated that there is no hand contact with exposed food except whole produce. Bulk dimsum and other food items were offered previously at the last location but not now.
All food items are prepackaged and sold by the package.
Temperature of the refrigeration and freezer units are satisfactory.
Large numbers of insulated coolers are available onsite.
Fresh seafood is limited to spot prawns which are prepackaged by supplier in 3lb and 5lb quantities inside individual styrofoam coolers. They are delivered to customers in these coolers. Staffs do not need to handle the prawns.
Management reported that pest control technician from Orkin attends weekly. Keep reports in a binder. They should be made available during an inspection.
Keep loading bay door close when not loading.

Organize the warehouse especially the produce sorting and weighing area to control clutter.
Stock the 3-compt sink with soap, paper towel and dispenser and bleach.
Provide hand sanitizer where staffs put on their gloves.
