Routine Inspection
- Hand sink and washroom sinks contain hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Coolers ambient air temperature 4C or below.
- Freezers ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius
- No food was stored on site during the inspection
- Reminder: Mix 1 teaspoon bleach in 1 litre of water for sanitizing food contact surfaces when the kitchen is in use.
- The dishwasher reached 91 C or above at the plate during the rinse cycle. This is way too high. The temperature should 72 degree Celsius at the dish.
- General sanitation is maintained.
