Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink in one of the washroom's lacked liquid soap.
Corrective Action(s): Operator resupplied the dispenser with liquid soap. Make sure all handsinks are kept supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Worn out tape was observed on the side of the prep. table.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use tape since it is not made of durable and non-absorbant materials. Worn out tape was removed from the table during the inspection. Clean and sanitize the side of the prep. table with 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer (bleach water).

Handsink in the other washroom and kitchen was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Handsink in the kitchen was not blocked.
3-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in a container.
Refrigeration units (upright cooler, prep. cooler, and domestic cooler) were at or below 4 degrees C and were equipped with thermometers.
Eggs in the refrigeration unit were not cracked or soiled.
Upright freezers and domestic freezer component temperatures were satisfactory.
No hot-holding was occurring at the time of inspection.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
Operator with a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate was present on shift (expiration date: July 23, 2023).
