Observation: Substantial food spillage observed below all equipment ie grill, prep coolers etc.
Underside of shelving directly above food preparation surfaces observed with food splatter build up. This violation was noted in the previous inspection report. Underside of shelving is to be cleaned daily.
Floor in walk in cooler observed with food spillage
Corrective Action(s): Clean floor below all equipment. Recommend raising all equipment up at least 6 in up off the floor to allow ease of cleaning, especially the grill.

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
Observation: Food preparation observed being done again in the mop sink room.
Raw unsealed concrete floor observed inside the walk in cooler which does not allow the floor to be propely cleaned. Flooring must be smooth an non absorbant. This is an OUTSTANDING VIOLATION noted in the report on January 12.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all cutting boards, knives, rice cookers ie all equipment associated with food preparation. As per previous inspection report on January 12, "This room is NOT APPROVED for food preparation.
Install flooring/surface inside the walk in cooler so the the surface is smooth, non absorbant an easy to clean.
