- Three compartment sink for manual warewashing (of scoops and bulk bins) maintained in sanitary condition, sink plugs available
- Bleach available for sanitizing surfaces
- Coolers storing potentially hazardous food items were measured to be at 4C or colder
- Freezer measured to be at -23C
- Walk-in produce cooler set at 5C - OK. Storing whole produce only.
- Bulk bins/dispensers and scoops maintained in sanitary conditions. Bins washed and sanitized once a week, scoops washed and sanitized daily.
- Dry storage areas satisfactory
- Pest control in place. No signs of pest activity noted
