Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink next to the entrance of processing room was obstructed at start of inspection: clear bags were stored inside the basin.
Corrective Action(s): Clear bags were removed immediately. All handsinks must be fully supplied and accessible for handwashing at all times.
