General sanitation is satisfactory but require attention in several areas (see violation section).
All handwashing sinks (front & kitchen) supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel in wall-mounted dispensers.
Walk-in cooler at 3.6 C.
Pizza prep.cooler at 1.2 C.
Prep. cooler at 3.6 C.
Front display cooler with sweets and beverages at 4.0 C.
Walk-in freezer at -25 C.
Front food display - good (covered and in the display case and box).
Thermometers for cold units - available.
High temperature dishwasher - satisfactory.
Sanitizer solution available in spray bottle and it at 100 ppm of Chlorine concentration.
Food storage practices are satisfactory in dry storage area.
No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection.
Washroom - clean & fully supplied.

Note: It is not the best practice to use single use plastic containers for bulk dry food (Noted several food plastic containers in dry storage bins.). Scoops are available for dry/bulk food too.
