Observation:
- Staff could not demonstrate proper manual dishwashing method. No drain plugs available.
Corrective Action(s):
- Ensure to follow the instruction paper on the manual dishwashing using 2 compartment sink. Equip 2 well-fitted drain plugs. Staff should be educated with proper dishwashing method. Purchase chlorine test strips to ensure sanitizers are measured at 100-200ppm.

- Clean the areas noted above. There should be no greasy residue after cleaning.
