Follow up inspection to MTRG-B63N4G. The following issues have been corrected before or by this inspection. - QUAT sanitizer bottle has been changed out and now dispensing at 200ppm. - Sanitizer spray bottles at 200 ppm QUAT concentration. - Commercial canopy slats have been degreased, maintained in good sanitary condition - All debris/ droppings removed behind shelving, no new evidence observed - Warewashing area now has additional sink available for warewashing, 3 compartments in total. New sink installed will function as the sanitizer dip sink, sink plugs available. * Environmental Health Officer deemed satisfactory *
