Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Watched staff go out back to garbage area with gloves and return to food handling without changing gloves and washing hands
2. watched staff handle cash with gloves on
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure gloves are removed before changing tasks, and that hands are rewashed and new gloves put on before returning to handle food.
2. Ensure front staff wash hands and change gloves after handling cash register before returning to handle food.
