Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-C3TMJJ. The following infractions in report#JCHY-C3TMJJ have been corrected. -Time-tracking system and record-keeping in place for holding pizza on display. Pizza are discarded from display if sitting at room temperature for 2 hours or greater. -All refrigeration units are equipped with accurate thermometers. -Hand sanitizer and signage available at self-serve stations (i.e.: napkin dispenser) -Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. -COVID-19 Safety Plan indicated 8 maximum occupancy limit. The following non-critical infraction in report#JCHY-C3TMJJ must be corrected by next routine as noted in the prior report. -Undercounter freezer to measure at least -18C or lower air ambient temperature. NOTE: Keep at least one month of time-tracking records of pizza display on-site for future review. Overall, facility is well organized and maintained. Report emailed due to COVID-19 pandemic.
