Observation: [REPEAT VIOLATION] Rodent droppings observed behind the dough machine and on the storage shelves in the storage area, near the equipment. No pest report available on site for verification of pest control company visit.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all aforementioned areas to remove rodent droppings. Do not sweep droppings. Sanitize all affected areas with bleach (1 part bleach with 9 parts water). Place all equipment in the dishwashing area to be cleaned and sanitized. Contact pest control company to assess rodent activity and apply treatment as necessary. DO NOT store any equipment on the floor.

Observation: [REPEAT VIOLATION] General sanitation has NOT improved since the last routine inspection. The following areas are observed with heavy grease/food debris:
- The hand washing sink basin, handles and the backsplash behind the sink in the kitchen
- The wall on the left of the hand washing station
- All floors in the kitchen, including but not limited to the cooking line, behind all equipment, in the storage area, and in the dishwashing area
Corrective Action(s): Remove all maor pieces of equipment from the kitchen. Degrease, clean and sanitize all aforementioned areas as per approved sanitation plan. DO NOT STORE any equipment on the floor to ensure areas are cleaned more frequently and maintained in a sanitary manner.
