- Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius with exception of one prep cooler unit.
*Prep cooler is being accessed regularly by staff during lunchtime (~9 Celsius internal temp). Please monitor the temperature closely and confirm that the temperature returns to 4C or colder during less-busy periods. If temperature remains elevated, contact a repair technician to service the cooler and transfer all perishable foods to other coolers until repairs completed.
