Follow-up Inspection Conducted Observations: - General sanitation is good during inspection - DDBSA/lactic acid sanitizer dispenser has been serviced. Service technician advised to mix sanitizer solution with 3 parts of water. Reminder: - Obtain sanitizer strips to ensure the correct concentration is used to sanitize food contact surfaces (272/704 DDBSA/lactic acid) Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
