- Monitor for pest activity and report new and/ or increased activity to your pest control company.
- Ensure that storage area is thoroughly cleaned when pallets are rotated.
- Ensure all areas are accessible for pest control service.
- Replace door seals/ fill gaps along bay doors and storage area back door to prevent potential pest entry.
- Monthly pest control services provided by JR Pest Control Ltd. Follow recommendations provided by your pest control technician.

- Roasting/ Warehouse Storage Area:
- Handsink supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels.
- Walk-In Cooler: 4 deg C

- Upstairs Cupping/ /Testing Area:
- Area is used for coffee tasting and testing. Area is not open to the public.
- Handsink supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels.
- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 72 deg C at dish surface. Final Rinse Temperature Gauge Reading: >82 deg C

- Cold Brew/ Bottling Room:
- Area is used for processing cold brew and various nut milks.
- 2-Compartment sink is supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels.
- Prep Cooler: 3 deg C. Thermometer present inside unit to facilitate temperature monitoring. Unit is used to stored soaking nuts prior to processing into nut milk.
- Cleaning and sanitizing procedures reviewed with project manager at time of inspection:
- 200 ppm Quats sanitizer (NovaSan pre-mix) used for sanitizing surfaces.
- Quats test strips available to verify sanitizer concentration.
- Quats sanitizer (RML F-29 concentrate) used for sanitizing food equipment. Manufacturer's instructions for sanitizing and rinse process are used.
- NovaTeck Hydrogen Peroxide used for bottle rinsing. Manufacturer's instructions are used.
- Foam Cleaner (RML HLC-1600 Plus) used for cleaning food equipment. Manufacturer's instructions used.
- Premises has MSDS for cleaners and sanitizers used on-site.
- NovaTeck Hydrogen Peroxide will be replaced with RMC Environguard Sanitizer (peroxyacetic acid-based sanitizer). Obtain MSDS for product and follow manufacturer's instructions. **Caulking between wall tiles and flooring in the Cold Brew/ Bottling Room will require replacing within the next few months. Caulking appears to be deteriorating in some areas.
