Follow up inspection:

Dishwasher:
-Code 303 is still outstanding from the routine inspection report. Dishwasher technician ordered the wrong part for the dishwasher and has re-ordered a part today.
-Person in charge has agreed to use single-use service utensils on-site.
-Single-use disposable service utensils (plates, bowls, cups, and spoons) were being used in the langar (food service) area.
-Storage room had several boxes of single use disposable utensils.
-100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was setup in the large compartment of the ware-washing sink.
-Only single-service utensils are permitted for use until the dishwasher has been re-serviced/repaired to maintain the sanitizing standard of at least 71 degrees C at the plate (minimal 82 degrees C at the manifold/gauge level for at least 10 seconds). Repair/service the dishwasher to meet the aforementioned sanitizing standard by November 23, 2018.

Other maintenance:
-The table with rust over it was removed. Two stainless steel tables on wheels were added to replace this table.
-Light covers with the exception of one light cover were placed inside shatterproof covers.
-Light bulb above the cook line had a shatterproof cover over it.
-Holes in the walls were sealed.
-Pots and pans were placed on the shelving unit off the floor in the second storage room.
