Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed sanitizer spray bottle in meat prep area measured at 10ppm chlorine or less. (range: 100 - 200ppm)
Health Rationale:
Food contact surfaces not properly sanitized increase the risk of pathogen growth, leading to potential foodborne illness.
Corrective Action:
Staff replaced sanitizer at the time of inspection. Measured at 200ppm chlorine. Ensure all food contact surfaces are properly washed and sanitized.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed staff washing their hands with their gloves on and continued operation without changing their gloves.
Health Rationale:
Improper handwashing increases the risk of cross-contamination and potential foodborne illness.
Corrective Action:
Staff were told to wash their hands by removing their gloves, washing their hands and put on a new pair of gloves at the time of inspection. Ensure all staff wash their hands properly and at adequate frequency.
